Every concern that comes to our attention is always addressed in the order we receive them. In the case for your particular apartment. Your issue was addressed once the office was notified of your issues. Maintenance was dispatched properly to assess, take care of, and fix the problems and concerns for your apartment. We were notified that you wanted to terminate your lease early. As stated in your lease, if you need to terminate your lease early we require a 30 day notice and an early termination fee.
