Great Place!

I've only been here a month, but it didn't take long to feel like I picked the right place. I did plenty of researching, toured around 10 places, narrowed it down to about 3, and decided to go with The Rowan. The feeling of being happy to come home after a long day is taken to another level here. They really seem to care about the upkeep of the property and the residents.

Few bummers

Maintenance comes into the space unannounced quite a bit. There has been several instances when work inside the apartment was set to be done but we were not informed that the work was to be done when the msintenance guys just showed up at the door. We are both nightshift workers and the maid runs the vacuum right outside our door everyday. Cleanliness is right next to Godliness but I would love to introduce that vacuum to God. Most of the staff are pretty nice. We have had some issues with parking but those are issues concerning the staff not dicumenting our parking spaces and goving our spaces away several months into the lease. This has been resolved.

Loud Neighbors Fighting

Given this isna new build you wouldnt think you’d hear neighbors fighting on another floor but you will. Alao if your like me and have a neighbors who smoke pot, you’ll hqve this skunk odor in your unit as well.

The leasing and maintenance staff are excellent, the apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fabulous, best apartment living there is in Eagan.
