Worst experience on carpet wash

Worst experience from carpet cleaners. Cleaned the carpet and I had to live three days on wet carpet. Cold weather, heat was not on. I cant express in words the expereince

I am going on my 3rd year of living here and I couldn’t ask for more understanding and supportive staff. They’ve consistently worked with me and made sure me, my son and my dog have a home and we are all completely comfortable. Everything is always getting taking care of by the outstanding maintenance team and the I can’t thank the property managers enough. Im glad to be a resident here.
