Pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in trash receptacle. 1st offense = $150 fine, 2nd offense = $250 fine, 3rd offense = may result in legal action or a negative mark on your tenancy record against your pet. Any damage to common areas will be pet owner's responsibility.
