The multi use path through the complex and the green features like the pond and bioswales are really great. For the price I am paying, I would like some of the features to be a little nicer quality. Property management is pretty good. If anything there is too much parking and when this property was built, there could have been space to have the buildings be closer together and make room for a small business like a cafe or fitness room or other amenity or something.

Morgan Park Estates is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are new and nicely laid out. Units all have a garage and balcony/patio. Washer and dryer in unit. Pet friendly. Apartments are large and price is better than any similar rentals in the Twin Ports. Neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside is that it’s so far from shopping and dining options.

One year leaseholder with a beautiful, spacious (1076 sq ft) second story vaulted ceiling 2 br/2bath. Love having my garage included in my costs. Be prepared for stairs my unit style is all one-story one your upstairs, garages underneath. That's not an issue to me, I enjoy cooler bedroom areas and layer. Those concerned could pay a bit higher electric/heat. Management was disorganized in past, but new property on-site staff seem responsive and engaged. Hoping! Lovely granite countertops, gourmet spacious kitchen and several ceiling fans. Gorgeous and with small deck with views of Skyline Parkway south of Spirit! Love it!!
