I have lived at Deerfield for 9 years and seen staff come and go. The last 2 years the difference in quality of the property is better than ever. Kandice and the awesome team and the dedication to quality vs the quick fixes that happend before are by far the best Deerfield has seen in the 9 years I have been a resident. I hope that higher up see my review so they know how grateful so many of us are for Kandice, she is working every single day, in the office until late and working on the grounds. The entire team gives their all everyday. Thank you for coming to Deerfield and not just fixing everything that was broken (and broken for a long time) but making improvement in the quality of the place many of us have called home for many year and will be staying because of you.

we have lived here for over a year and struggled with many things. Most importantly, we have additionally costly charges on our account that were not described in our lease documents. In addition, we have waited for over 3 months to receive a new lease to sign-so I am not even sure we have a true lease at this point. Multiple attempts are reaching landlord have gone unreponsded to OR it takes weeks to hear replies that are vague and offer no solution to our issues. We have issues with water leaking from our ceiling during rainstorms. An open maintenance request that has not been completed in at least 2 months, so do not count on maintenance helping you with issues.
