Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. The Cavanagh is a great place to live

I've been here about 4 years and it is great. Quiet, great residents, well maintained. Love the washer/dryer in my apt. Love the flowers & gardens here.

Better upkeep

The maintenance at our complex has gone down. The outside area is in need of better upkeep. The garage floor is in need of washing down. The trash rooms are a mess and have signs of rodents in them.

Affordable housing

I am disheartened by the rent increases every year. It seems fruitless to categorize this an affordable housing building for senior citizens as the rent has so dramatically risen since the building opened, Many people are moving out now due to increases in rent. I understand Dominium has no control over that, and the State of Minnesota housing authority controls the rent increases. Most of us here are on social security and pensions. Many of us are unable to work due to health/age issues.

Cavanagh Is A Pet-Friendly Community! Dogs & Cats Welcome! - Limit: 2 pets per apartment home  - Pet Deposit: $250 per pet/due at time of move in (refundable) - Monthly Rent: $25 per pet - Pet Weight Limit: 1st Floor = 100 lbs at full maturity |  2nd, 3rd & 4th Floors = 35 lbs at full maturity  Some breed & other restrictions may apply.
