My experience at Beach South has been great. The staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance team is responsive. The grounds and amenities are always kept clean. The community is quiet. I never have issues with parking, as they have an efficient and effective system. If the same company is managing this property when it’s time to renew my lease, I will be renewing. I have zero complaints.
