Always good parking, maintnance when i need it. Snow plowing. Lots included with rent. Nice appliances. Utility lines work good. And very quiet neighbors. Its a nice neibirhood close to the beach and two disc golf parks and shopping all in walking distance. My building has 2 double washer and dryer rooms that are well maintained. And the staff is friendly!
