Pet Deposit: $200 per pet Pet Fee: $200 per pet (non-refundable) Rent: $40 per pet monthly rent Animal Restrictions: Residents are limited to two animals per rental lease Size restrictions, pet rental fees, monthly pet rent, and additional application fees and security deposits vary by property. For more information, please contact the Community Leader or Leasing Office. All residents will be asked to complete an animal addendum. Centerspace reserves the right to deny residency to any dog with a vicious nature or history, or a dog that injures other pets, residents, or team members. Everything you need
Well maintained with lots of amenities including heated pool, gym, community room and game room. I love the underground parking, especially in winter as well as the availability of detached garages. Many shopping and dining opportunities nearby. And best of all it is pet friendly.

Great locatio and great employees. Maintenance is fantastic
Everything is great here except the size and amount of dogs here. When we first moved in we were told there were just a “few” dogs. Now were are getting run over by dogs. Certain breeds werent allowed and now with the amouunt can smell.
