I've lived here for two years and my biggest complaint is that the parking lot is a little small. Maintenance has always been prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. Property management is responsive and attentive. I am beyond satisfied with my choice to live here.

I have lived here for about 9 years now and for the most part i have had very few complaints. I love the location and the small amount of units. And happy with the rent and the amenities. Love that we have underground parking included in rent. Somethings that could be improved are cleanliness of common areas and outdoor landscaping/appeal. More lighting(or working lights) by entrances/exits and parking lot. In the most recent 1-2 years i had issues with noisy neighbors that i feel like my complaints landed on deaf ears and my complaints were ignored or brushed aside. It became more of an issue for a fellow resident once those specific people moved to a different unit and those complaints were also dismissed or excused. I am happy to see that it appears those specific individuals have now moved out of our building so hopefully it is a non issue going forward. Other than than, very content to be living in Buffalo Heights.
