Keeps Getting Worse

This complex has gotten noticeably worse over the years, dropping services that were previously expected such as protected mail in the office and being open on Sundays. But despite several complaints about noise from my neighbors constantly stomping and making noise it seems there's nothing that can actually be done about it other than a vague letter to the whole complex instead of to the people causing the problem. And we all know rent is going to go up in a few months too.

I like living here, it's very quiet, there's a little noise and shouting from the neighbor, but all the maintenance is missing is a person who knows what he's doing, personally, he hasn't been able to repair the things I asked for, it took a while to do it.

Apartment Stay

We have a workout room that has a treadmill that has not been fixed for over a year now. I have been living here for over 7 yrs. needing new cabinets and carpet in the apartment along with wall painting needs to be done. I pay for underground parking but because the garage remote doesn't work, I have not been able to park in my parking space for two months. The staff members are nice and pleasant.
