Ive lived here for about a month now. Im loving it so far is a great apartment.
Nice area to live, amazing staff
Overall a great living experience, great staff that very punctual and informative, they’re doing a lot around the neighborhood to make it an even better living experience.
Quiet, pleasant apartment community
I've lived at France 98 for a month. The apartments are quiet, pleasant and well maintained. If I have maintenance concerns, they are quickly addressed. I'm used to living in a house, and have moved here from another state, so this is an adjustment, but France 98 has been an excellent choice for me. I appreciate easy access to walkable neighborhoods nearby. I wish rents were not as high as they are, and parking in the lot can be tight for those who can't afford to pay an additional fee for garage parking. The cost of living here is prohibitive for me. Otherwise, this is a safe, well cared for set of apartment buildings in a very convenient location, and I'm glad I found it.
