Best Apartment Complex

I've lived here for about a year, and can honestly say it's a great place to live. I have rented from Bigos Management in the past and have only had great experiences with them. Anytime a maintenance request is submitted, it is taken care of immediately. At one point our washer and dryer were broken and waiting for a part. In the meantime, they gave us keys to a vacant unit so we could wash our clothes. They take care of their residents.

Gabella Luxury Apartment Homes is an Excellent Community.

The Property is clean and the staff are helpful and courteous. The pool and nice HotTub with waterfall background is nice for relaxation. The grills are super with an outdoor lounge area and fire-pit that is very retro and. The gym is very well maintained and large. The indoor game area pool table and foosball table are super, there is a sleek and modern Entertainment and or Private area that can be rented with Kitchen. They post community activities in the elevators. The Movie theater room is wonderful and can accommodate approx. 20 guests. Kelly Park is across the street.

Gabella at Parkside is a Good place to live

I especially love the convenience of having the bus stop in the Lobby so the kids never have to worry about being cold. District 196 has many great schools. The only downfall is that we had few issues with our reservations to us the amenities at this property.

My husband and I moved in 7 years ago. The maintenance staff is outstanding! Office works with all our needs. Love the floor plan of our 3 bedroom apartment. Staff is very friendly! Amenities are great!
