Lincoln Estates is located at 2710 9th Lane in Anoka, and is managed by Carew Properties. We are conveniently located off Highway 10 with quick access to Minneapolis, Riverdale Crossing and Historic downtown Anoka.
We have a variety of spacious floor plans, from Studio to 3 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 500 to 1250 sq. ft. We are located on a bus line, have on-site laundry located on every floor, and a controlled entry system.

Great place to live
This is a great place to live great apartments and spacious and people are friendly and good neighbors and close to everything you could want and need office staff are polite and friendly and maintaince comes promptly if you have an issue that needs to be fixed and gets it fixed right away. Love living here would definitely recommend. If your looking for your next or even first apartment check out Lincoln estates. You won't be sorry that you did. They are well worth the price.
Great location
A decent place to live. Repairs are always done quickly. Need some updating inside the buildings like carpeting and fresh paint.
Satisfying living quarters.
Overall, sat a side issues with neighbors. The staff and area of location is very sufficient.

Large spacious quiet and peaceful which I absolutely loves. Secured Premises secured building Parking. Maintenance responds super quick when repairs need to be addressed. Really good communication with staff Management. Convenient Laundry facilities on every floor. Shopping/Restaurants in close proximity walking distance. Management is amazing, always working to keep Property at its best for Tenants like myself. Really good place to live and make home.
