This is a great place to live great apartments and spacious and people are friendly and good neighbors and close to everything you could want and need office staff are polite and friendly and maintaince comes promptly if you have an issue that needs to be fixed and gets it fixed right away. Love living here would definitely recommend. If your looking for your next or even first apartment check out Lincoln estates. You won't be sorry that you did. They are well worth the price.

A decent place to live. Repairs are always done quickly. Need some updating inside the buildings like carpeting and fresh paint.
