Grounds are a disaster 99% of the time. Weeds up to your shoulders upon entering the complex, trash spilling out of the can at the office. Maintenance requests unanswered. No one in the office EVER. Neglected property in general. So sad that it has gone from bad with Dominium to worse with this new ownership.
