No Water No Heat No Accomodations

Apartment had no water for over two weeks in October. Emails kept being sent out that 'it would be fixed' but it was never fixed. They gave three days notice to move to a new apartment within the complex (that was a higher price) but wouldn't pay for moving fees saying to bill renters insurance but renters insurance wouldn't cover. Upon move in, it was discovered the 'new' apartment had no heat and furnace repair was on a waitlist for over two weeks in November. Rent was always due despite no water and no heat being provided by this complex. Upon move out they charged ton of bullshit fees, and their listed rent prices have a ton of added bullshit fees per month. I have been at many other apartments due to moving during college and have never experienced this level of chaos. I wouldn't waste my time with this place. Staff is uninformed and unhelpful.

Ok Neighborhood, Few Good Staff

I am just excited to leave. The fact that we had to pay for amenities we WEREN'T ALLOWED TO USE during COVID. The fact that rent keeps increasing by $150 EVERY YEAR. The fact that you put in a work order and a month goes by before you even get talked to. The fact that the manager lies to cover her own a**. All of these FACTS are appalling, and I cannot wait to leave! If I were to give anyone trying to move her any advice, I'd tell them to look elsewhere. Yes, it's a great neighborhood, but if you're not wanted, they'll make sure you're well aware of this! Shady business, and even shadier management! I can't wait til my lease is up next month! PEACE!

I began occupancy here in late November, 2019. I don’t have the capacity for routine looking after myself. I mostly live inside my apartment except for daily ventures outside on the grounds. I have avoided making inquiries for support unless I have determined that there’s no alternative. My opinion is that the community is acceptably operated. Employees are polite, kind and genuine. I think that the benefits of being employed here must be marginal as there is frequent turnover in the office positions. That’s never an acceptable business model for a employer that wishes to maintain longterm growth. This last lease rent rate was elevated excessively, especially for those of us who are on fixed income. But, you realize that already. JimR

Place is okay, prices are TOO high, poor communication on maintenance requests. My unit wasn't completed cleaned when I moved in. Chipped cabinet in the kitchen...Never got fixed

I have no real complaints. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but this is the best value for this location by far. Loved having my first apartment in this community.
