Great Place to Live
This is a great apartment community to live in. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful. Maintanance issues are addressed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is relatively safe. I really like the fact that management is always looking for ways to improve the community and amenities.

honestly, the best
My partner and I had a really difficult time finding a place within the Ypsi / Ann Arbor area that checked all of our boxes - once we found this place it truly it ticks them all. Great sized apartment, at a reasonable price, good amenities, kind staff, amazing maintenance team and while being close to everything we could want and need. I highly recommend checking this place out!

poor communication
We've been here a month, no maintenance tickets have been completed. We need several things done here, no communication from the company on a timeline or anything.

Disappointed
Moved in a month ago. Dishwasher was filthy, which was a frustrating thing to have to deal with right after moving in. There were also a bunch of maintenance issues that we filled tickets out for right away and haven't heard anything back about. We pay $25/month for trash pickup, but the trash is only sometimes picked up. The complex is also very poorly lit. The light right outside the building entrance has been burnt out the whole time we've been here and there's not nearly enough light around the complex, which makes it difficult to walk around at night. Overall, I'm very disappointed and hope the rest of my time at the Hamptons of Cloverlane improves.
