Needs great improvement.

Lived here 26 years. It takes a while to have maintenance and other issues taken care of. They tend to put a band-aid on things instead of fixing things properly in order to supposedly save money. Daily parking issues with people parking in unauthorized areas causing traffic congestion and hazards that are not enforced very often. Grounds are not kept up on a regular basis and are not conducive to enjoying the property and all that it has to offer. The cost of rent is excessive for what we get and for what support we get from the staff.
