Not happy with not having a manager in the office to speak to not happy with a new maintenance people not happy with the way things are done with the new management company.

I recently had a concerning experience. While I was inside the apartment sleeping, a maintenance employee entered without proper notice or explanation. When I asked why she entered, she said she received a message asking her to check if a vacuum was inside the unit but could not explain who authorized it. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about privacy and security. I hope management improves communication and authorization procedures before entering residents’ apartments.
