WG is a pretty good place to live. Fair pricing for today's market. Maintenance and Staff are always on point. Units are put together nicely. If you need a place to stay I'd definitely try here 1st...

Half assed maintenance

Maintance did a half assed job on A/C that costed me HUNDREDS on my electric bill . The first guy didnt lokk fully into the issue before sending someone to charge it, that failed & I received no follow up! Fast forward 2 billing cycles a different maintenance guy to come and cleaned a coil to fix the issue once reported again MONTHS later.
