Great place to live! Very happy here so far. Pool, gym, easy to pay rent. Staff are so nice and very helpful. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy but that's anywhere you go. I live my apartment.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. They refuse to show you the unit beforehand because I’m sure they wait until 2 days before you move in to get the other tenants out. I applied for the upgraded 2 bdr w/ balcony, olaced a hold deposit on it and a week before move in was told that that unit us no longer available. I’ve been here for a year (thank God my lease is up this month) first week here I’ve found animal feces in the closet, fur , more animal feces swept under the carpet, and loud neighbors above me. I brought it to their attention and got gaslit and ignored. Couple months later in December I had a leak , I emailed and called with no response (they stop answering the phones about 10 minutes after they clock in ). By April a part of the ceiling had fallen in due to the leak and I had mild growing in the bathroom. They came and finally fixed the ceiling and didn’t acknowledge the mold until a month after that which I’m guessing is because I told them id get my own mold inspection because they were ignoring me . Its now August I’m STILL finding animal poop, I now have ants, finding trash above the cabinets and behind the fridge even though they charged me $400 cleaning fee, and the neighbors are still loud.

This facility needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance that gets neglected more and more each year. I have been a tenant for better than 9 years, and getting anything repaired or replaced is a headache. Facility maintenance requires a vast improvement.
