Average in all above. Price is main reason I’m staying here. Woild like to move to unit looking over open space.
Safe Community
I have only lived here for a year now and the community is pretty quiet, trails are nearby for walking. Staff is friendly and communicate very good with the due dates on when requested will be done. Safer community than others that is near by. Really enjoy my time here. Utilities bills are a bit high due to everything being electric.
Ok place
Very outdated electric bill is astronomical

Repeated ignored when requesting professional air quality testing. I.E. Mold , etc.
