Kensington Preserve Apartments

Just moved into my new apartment and I love it. Far enough out to have a quiet country feel, but just minutes away from everything. The residents are friendly, and the entire property is very well maintained. The leasing staff was amazing (love you Anne!), and the entire move-in process was seamless.

While I have only lived here for just under a month, I have worked with Anne and the Kensington staff for over a year, wanting to live here, and I have not been disappointed. Anne heard my wants and needs and made sure those were met. Even when I was antsy to move, she offered other apartments but then said she thought we would be happier with what we originally talked about, and we are so glad we did wait it out! While the move has been a good process, and things happen when moving the Kensington staff has been right on top of things! When we had a small issue with our fridge and I emailed the Staff about it Robin and Anne both got right on it and Maintenance was there fixing it and then Maintenance also noticed something while at the apartment and notified us and said they also did another fix which we did not realize was needed but was something that made a difference. It's the extra mile the staff goes to here that makes you feel like you are cared for. We truly love it here! We plan on staying here until we can maybe afford a house (someday ;) ). Thank you to the Staff and I can't wait for the future at Kensington :)
