Great Place to Live
Apple Ridge Apartments is a great place to live. Its quiet. Grounds are well kept and office and maintenance staff is wonderful.

Mostly Great
Ive lived here for just about 2 years and overall has been pretty good! There have been some mold/mildew issues and older appliances have been repaired/fixed (all were at the start; I think the last person here was a real nutcase). The community is nice and peaceful and most keep to themselves but are friendly when approached! For what we pay for me and my roommate have plenty of space. I live at the back of the neighborhood and I have Verizon as my phone carrier; there is no phone service here without WiFi and its frustrating a lot of the time but this is no fault to AppleRidge lol (we aren't in the middle of nowhere!). Washers sometimes will eat ur money and not shoot water into your load but it hasn't happened in a while so I think they fixed it! Overall Id give a rating of 8.1/10. Would be a 9/10 if things like the parking lot weren't filled with work materials/dumpsters half of the year (during the winter too; I don't understand the philosophy of starting outside work like painting in late Sept.; but thats another topic for another day lol)
