In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

There have been many problems here…poor management, promises not being kept, maintenance issues not being addressed. Our washer and drier being removed… I wish I rave about how well people are treated here, but I, nor my neighbors have been treated the way we should, at least on a regular basis.

It has become a nightmare. We are treated terribly by the property manager. I wish I could say differently. Other tenants are looking for another place to live too.

I was promised before i moved in that the balcony would be painted and repaired. After 9 months, nothing has been done. The bathroom tub has been in a deplorable condition since i moved in. I have carpeting peeling, siding coming off, the heat can not be turned off, gaps in the doors. In the past 5 months, i have seen the maintainace guy once, when he replaced the disposal and the manager not at all. Its clear that this place was a fantastic apartment complex when it was new. Now, it is showing its age and the lack of interest by management.

I Just moved in a few weeks ago. While the management is doing all they can to make the place acceptable, there is no doubt the building is showing its age. Uneven flooring, badly discolored bathtub, warped wood on the patio, are just a few of the things that shows this building is past its prime. This is not the fault of management, just the passing of time.
