Parking Lot
The parking lot needs fixed, the entire thing is potholes. The staff and maintenance have been fantastic, though!

The parking lot is in desperate need of help. That has nothing to do with the local staff, corporate property management needs to visit in person and see how bad it is
Not so good
Well my brand new coverage were messed up when I moved in about the sink cupboard underneath of the sink was cracked my French was messed up it was brand new I bathtub is installed badly and it is not correct when I moved in they've had two three for different manager since I lived here and just over here place got broken too after I lived here a month and a half and I thought the cameras and they didn't at the time maintenance has been here to fix my toilet several times and it still doesn't work right my water pressure still ain't right in my back room and they're too over priced for the privacy, safety, and for the options to be able to enjoy the things u would like to enjoy in the privacy of the space/ apartment in which u pay rent for every month!!
needs attention
They have done some work on some of the apartments. The parking lot is in dire need of resurfacing. It's not safe for those with mobility issues. Sidewalks were well salted, parking lot was not maintained this winter (2022-2023). Maintenance and office staff are helpful and available. Whomever owns the buildings and makes the decisions is VERY slow to respond. Applied for a handicap shower with prescription more than two months ago, no decision or response. This is not on the local staff, it's at the corporate level.
Living here
The place is fine but the neighbors aren't really friendly one ran off with my 8 year old son without my permission and the other has a noisy dog and they told me we couldn't have pets so i got rid of my dog that I have had for years but the ones next to me has a rottweiler and the the ones next to him i believe got one too because i heard barking coming from their balcony. The neighbors fight and slam their doors and when they repainted the lines in the parking lot the made the spots real small but I can live with that one. But beside the rude people living here and the fact that they just didnt want me to have a pet this place is a good place to live there are plenty of parking places and the place is right in the middle of town so its just a short walk to all the major businesses.
