It's Ok
I have been living here for over 5 years going into the 6th. The only thing consistent with this place is they increase the rent every year, and when they say they are raising it for a specific reason it is more then likely a lie. Speed bumps to ensure people dont speed, that was for our second lease rent increase, never happened. Second increase on rent for third year or maybe 4th, to install cameras to watch the parking lot and grounds, only installed to watch the doors only. Rent keeps increasing but little to no change is made, and they say "It is being increased to keeps with local rent scale."
