A lovely community

I have lived here for the second time a total of 10 years. I absolutely love the area, and the location of how it's a hidden treasure. I think that the Owner should do more updates and not just when Tenants move out! I also feel that by now theses Townhomes should be available to purchase, a bit pricey and with the dwindling economy, they will become unaffordable in the near future. But overall, I have been very happy and have felt very safe here at Weatherstone Townhomes, and I must add that the Staff here, are very kind, considerate, and caring as well.

Rent is too high

The rent goes up yearly and is too expensive. The upkeep of the units are not sufficient. Parking is an issue.

I have lived at Weatherstone for over 10 years. The grounds are kept in excellent shape. Maintenance responds quickly, sometimes within the hour of a repair request. The townhome has met the needs of my family.
