Excellent Property
Amazing place to live. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Awesome Management team to work with. Maintenance team is very friendly and always on time.
Great location, but...
Overall, my experience has not been the greatest. Waterside NOT Waters Landing has a very absent landlord who is entirely there for the money; he does not care about the residents. When I first moved in everything was great, almost too good to be true. Over the last 2 years, I have had countless issues with appliances provided by the landlord breaking due to age and not properly maintaining them. It then in turn takes weeks to receive an answer from the landlord to address the problem. The maintenance guys do their best, but you can only be as good as your boss. The landlord has NEVER ONCE given us the 24-hour notice that is required BY LAW for nonemergency maintenance items. I have addressed this issue several times with both the maintenance guys and the landlord, and no changes have ever been made. It's a good place to live location and neighborhood-wise, but other than that it is a constant hassle to deal with the management. Again, this is for WATERSIDE APARTMENTS ONLY.
