We just recently signed a lease with Alyssa. She was amazing, very attentive and quick to get things done! I would definitely suggest working with her if you come here. Great place, quiet and secluded.

Good ubication, good price and very quiet place

Honestly disheartening, no communication from office despite emailing them, have had to have work done on the oven 4 times before finally it was replaced, and stating that I requested it be replaced the prior 2 times, had made a repair ticket 2 separate times to have it fixed due to gas leaking smell, had to either threaten to not pay rent, or send multiple emails and multiple tickets in for gas related issues, which is a massive safety hazard, which never was comped rent or anything, was forced to pay late fees on the month that I had to threaten not paying rent and stating my stove was not working and leaky in court for unpaid rent to get them to fix it, and now, having paid rent ONTIME, on September 3rd, I am being taken to court for non payment of rent, when I paid septembers rent 7 DAYS, a full week in advance, before they filed the claim anyways, disgusting

Its ok. Place is ok, maintenance is not bad, amenities are average, noise is not too much
