can not really complain at all, here versus other apartment buildings its quieter minus the traffic of course it is literally like living next to a cemetery the quietest neighbors around who are also personable to each other. very secure if you dont have the key fob to the 2 doors you must pass through to get in then youre not getting in which in turns eliminates the riff raff that can enter the building keeping it xtra quiet. the staff are personable and agreeable with your concerns and maintence is on top of it getting to your requests quickly.

I like the location and privacy. I will have lived here a year in October. Most outstanding thing for me is the convience and ability to get most places in less than fifteen minutes. Staff is supportive and will address any issues you have right away. It is safe and private. People are polite and friendly. Location is great in terms of entertainment and places to eat. In addition if you want to have a social event, meeting or an overflow of people visiting arrangements can be made to use various areas with in the facility. Rent rates are good.

So far so good. Maintenance and upkeep needs improvement, common areas esp rear entrance needs daily cleaning if not twice. Need restaurants back at the Bancroft.
