Property Description
Very comfortable
It has been enjoyable. Peaceful. Love the park and walking areas and wildlife. Neighbors all seem fine. Whole area is quiet.
A Great Place to Live!
My family has been here for almost 1 year and it has been a pleasant experience. We have two children and so safety was a big concern of ours. Happy to say that traffic is light and slow. Neighbors are friendly. Other children are also friendly. Staff is extremely welcoming - maintenence guys are AWESOME! If you want to feel safe, secure and welcomed, this is the place to live!
Close to shopping
I have been living here for 5 years. Quiet and decent place to rent. Close to SVSU trails and stores.
Cozie living space
I like living here but it is expensive to not already come with a washer and dryer or dish washer disposal. But it is comfortable
Woodland Creek Townhomes Review
The townhomes are in a good location. It was clean when moved in however, there were a lot of minor things things that was completed. The maintenance is very responsive. The closets cannot bear the weight of many clothes due to its poor design. It is extremely over priced and the value of the townhomes is not good.
