Since District Royal Oak took over the property, things have have been great here. Excited for the pool to be open this year!

We signed. Lease and I signed up to have the payments withdrawn from my account. We never e en paid our first rent when they switched services and now I am forces to use Flex which makes no sense. I got my own insurance and they are still charging me for their insurance. I don’t need it. Overall, the price is right at 999 a month, but that is about what it is worth. There is a washer and dryer inunit, but they might be the first ever made amd the door doesn’t close it it never has. To be honest its not perfect, but we are getting bu it is my daughters first apartment for her firat year at Oakland Community College. I am just not happy with the communication.

Upstairs a little noisy. TV / Sterio too loud. Other than that its a good place to live.
