Nice place

We really love our unit. Would be nice if we had laundry in-unit though. All the staff are nice and it's generally a quiet community.

Nice Royal Oak apartment!

I have lived here 1 month, a few time, but enough to see this was the best choice. Royal Oak apartment has a great location, 0 parking issues and great views. I checked tons of options and definately this was the best cost-benefit.

Good Location

The location is amazing. You can get any kind of Royal Oak experience by just walking from here. The parking even makes a night on the town with friends much easier. The rooms are very comfy when furnished and the kitchen utilities have served me well. The only issues is the closeness to the train, which isn't helped by my unit and top floor room. The staff has been super responsive and was super helpful when dealing with me.
