One of the most poorly insulated apartment complexes I have ever been in. You can hear every footstep, conversations, doors opening and closing, showers running. Not only from neighbors above, below but also on the sides. While maintenance is quick to come to the apartment, the actual repairs often drag out for weeks without resolution. The appliances are the lowest quality possible. They do not match what you pay. Lawn care and snow removal are very poor. Half the sprinklers do not work, and the lawn is brown throughout the summer. During the winter I had to go to work late due to not being able to get out of my parking spot. In fact, neighbors often had to shovel their own spots and walkways. This happened multiple days. Management turnover is frequent, and we often find ourselves dealing with new staff who seem inexperienced in property management. If feels like important decisions are being made by staff who lack the experience or authority to properly handle residents' concerns.

I just moved in, but it seems like a real nice place. My apartment is an in unit and backed up to the highway so I do get some highway noise.

Work out equipment is old. Work out equipment half the time is broke. Rent cost is too high.
