Churchill place is a good place to live it’s very calm and well i really like the neighborhood the office staff people are very nice the hallway is always clean no noise issues they always helps residents maintanance worker they handled fast i recommand this place to everyone.

Very well maintained, quiet, great staff

Staff is excellent and respond quickly to issues. Garage is a time-saver on winter mornings! Sound-proofing between units is excellent, full washer and dryer in separate laundry room (with space for some storage) is very handy.

Outstanding Apartment

Churchill Place is an outstanding apartment. The buildings and units are kept in great condition, the maintenance team is thorough and friendly, and the area is beautiful and safe. It's very close to Alpine so getting groceries and going shopping is nearby, and the interstate isn't very far away. I'd recommend this plane to anyone looking for something in the northern Grand Rapids area.
