We have been very pleased with the View apartments. We looked around at a few places before settling here and we are very pleased with the price, the location, and the staff. We have had minor maintanence issues that have all be addressed within 24 hours and with a kind and professional team.

Parking is a hot mess. You have residents regularly using guest spots for themselves, so good luck having any one over. We just had 2 cars in guest that wete plowed in bc they hadnt moved in over a month. My solution would be 1 guest parking pass per resident, and a towing company to come nightly to check guest spots. Rent is overpriced and continung to increase. Just cause the market is high doesnt mean you have to be higher. Lots of areas look run down, siding is mossy/dingy or missing entirely which again is hard to justify the over inflated pricing. Ammenties are OK, been here for a few years and the pools have rarely been open or open with literal weeks of warmth left.
