Living large

I've lived at Waterbury place for 2 years and it has been great. Maintenance is very timely, the kitchen is large, bedrooms and closets are awesome as well.

It's OK

The location was the main reason why I moved here. The apartment itself is decent but if you don't pay for a carport, the parking is extremely limited and people have to park in handicap and "commercial" labeled spaces. Don't bother to have guests over, they probably won't be able to find a spot to park. Mainintence is pretty slow even if you put in multiple requests. Charged an arm and a leg and somehow I find more wrong with my apartment each week.
