In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Having to install your own washer/dryer is a bit ridiculous for a rental, but besides that the staff is very nice, price is reasonable, and the location is nice and quiet.

It's ideally located—close enough to Michigan State University for an easy commute, but far enough to escape campus noise. The apartments are well-maintained, and management is responsive. With nearby shops and parks, it offers a balanced lifestyle for students and professionals alike. Ample parking is a plus. Overall, it's a peaceful yet convenient place to live.

Overall I like the apartments the location is good, and it is quiet around here. The outside needs painting on the trim. Also my windows and doors allow an excessive amount of air. In addition some sound deading around the furnace would be nice as it is very loud.

Since Bill retired, I've encountered a lack of respnse to resident requests. Nick, the onsite manager has yet stepped foot in my unit to view any service requests that would be better understood if viewed personally. I'm contemplating relocation elsewhere if there's no improvement. Perhaps that is what you guys want.
