Not the Best; CASTLE not an appropriate name for the complex

Nice exterior we were very excited after talking with Sharon. Reality is that apartments are very old, we had not got a chance to view the apartment too. Refrigerator shuts down every night for 20 mins, had never heard of this before. Cannot leave the balcony door open at all as BEES come in cause the balcony sliding doors have space at the top and bottom; basically the door is not a fit for the balcony. AC does not work - if the temp is 90 inside and you leave your AC on at 50 it takes the entire day for it to come down to 88. Nothing really as amenity - you pay for everything. Maintenance guys are good but guess their hands are tied as they do not have a solution to existing problems. We have been here for barely 2 months - Not value for the price or name! CASTLE not an appropriate name for the complex!

Absolutely Love This Place!

The office team here is incredible. I love that they know so many of us by name every time we come into the office. They love all of the pets here at the community and the maintenance team is amazing and always quick to respond.

Best apartment living around

This place has it all. It’s animal friendly the staff is very kind and caring. Huge living spaces. Lots of community events... the indoor/outdoor pool is amazing... a great playground for the kids. Gym and yoga room. They have the best Maintance guys around. Very good value for the money!

I get the feeling that the staff is just in it for a paycheck and don’t have a vested interest in building up and maintaining a true sense of community.
