The estimated gas charges for the last three months were calculated based on winter heating rates. However: 1. It is now summer, and the heating system is no longer in use. 2. The number of residents during the summer has significantly decreased, leading to lower overall gas usage. 3. Around the same time last year, the monthly gas charges were only about $5. 4. I have sent two emails and spoken to the office twice in person, but received no response or explanation.
