Great first apartment experience
Maintenance and leasing office are nice and easy to work with. Its a quite complex to live in and the food they give out once in a while is a great plus.

Great Place to Live
I have been in Berrytree for three years in two different units and have had a wonderful experience here! It is a great location that is close to campus, especially if you are in the med or vet school. The community is quiet and I never had issues studying or getting work done at home. The staff are very friendly and really care about you if you get to know them. Maintenance issues are rare, but repairs have always been fast. The units were clean when I moved in. I would definitely recommend Berrytree!

Moving in
The staff was very helpful and patient with my many move in questions! My apartment was beautiful and clean when I moved in. I loved the welcome present of chips and salsa. Wonderful landscaping/grounds. Would like more guest parking spots and a larger gym as I imagine both get crowded when school year begins but am very impressed with Berrytree so far and am glad I decided to live here!
Fairly nice place to live
Berrytree is a generally nice place to live. It is quiet, safe, and affordable; the rooms are nicely sized and apartment is in nice shape. I do have complaints about the complex. For example, I live with 2 other people in a 2 bedroom apartment; although we pay an extra $200 a month, we do not get an extra parking pass (thus I parked in guest parking). I know I had the option to talk to others in berrytree to get a pass, but I feel like if we are paying extra we should get some perks. Also, next year water and gas will be a flat rate, previously water was payed for by berrytree and gas was payed for as we used it. This was annoying to find out because it is increasing the cost of the apartment.
Hello, We are glad you are happy living at Berrytree! We do understand the frustration following the new setup for utility billing that we currently have. It was a new system and it just had a couple of kinks to be worked out. We are so glad that we are able to go to a more streamlined system for next year. We think it will make everything more simple for everyone.
