Why Renters Love It Here

Efficient Staff, Great Location

The leasing team and maintenance are amazing!! They are friendly and responsive. I don't think you can get this service from any other apartment complex. I wish the apartments were more modern and contemporary like the newer complexes are. The entire complex is a bit outdated from the inside and out. The sidewalks are not in good shape and not visually appealing.

Harbour Village Review

I have lived at Harbour Village for a year and just renewed my lease. I have enjoyed my time here, love the layout, lakeview is great, people and staff are friendly, maintenance is quick, no disturbances at all. The only negatives is that their is no gym and the pricing can be a little expensive if you live alone. I would it 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Harbour village

Harbour village has been a nice complex to live in. Having lived here for 4 years, it is centrally located, many restaurants, you won't go hungry, besides a few unruly neighbors, for the most part, people are quiet. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are kept up nicely, maintainance is on top of things, the office staff are very friendly, especially Denise.
