Love that this place is tucked away and pretty quiet. Sad that (being it is Michigan), the insulation, windows, cement and block structure make it impossible to be comfortable in the winter. Maintenance has been great and management always responds quickly. As far as rent… expect it may be extreme with renewal.

It is a very nice place, but the cement floors and the heat that comes down from the celing registers is not adaquate enough. It is always cold in the winter,, and hot in the summer there is not enough insulation to keep the cold out.. have to plastic the windows just to keep the cost of heating in winter down and then is still cold in winter.
