change of fausets in main bath
Mark addressed the issue of leaking shower faucets. This was an issue he observed when dealing with another maintenance request.. We all need more employees that are proactive. In the long run, it is less costly to fix the small problems rather than letting the problem escalate. Mark deserves an "atta boy" and a big thank you.

We moved into Hidden Cove apartments a couple of months ago. We have never lived in an apartment before, but after selling our home and having a hard time finding another home to buy, we decided to rent for awhile. As with any home, occasionally things need to be fixed. I have found that when things come up, Christian and Patty in the leasing office have been extremely helpful and prompt in getting things taken care of for us. One thing I absolutely love about our apartment is the size of the storage room as well as the closet size in the master bedroom. It is wonderful to have such nice storage places! One person from maintenance has been there every time we have had a problem, and I wanted to say a big thanks to Shane (from the maintenance department). Without fail, he has been professional, hard working, and has went beyond the "minimum to get by" like so many people do these days. He is polite and respectful; and he always asks if there is anything else that needs to be done before he leaves. Shane sets himself apart by serving the residents with excellence, and we wanted to say a public thank you to him and to let people know that Hidden Cove has been a very positive experience thus far. We can recommend Hidden Cove Apartments to anyone looking for a great apartment to live in. The views of Mona Lake are nice too. :)
