Not good
My neighbors are insanely loud, my apartment is pretty beat up, and the front office isn't great with communication. The setting is lovely, and the apartment is spacious, but I can't wait to get out of here.

Quality Lakeside Apartment Life
My husband and I have lived here for almost two years, and we have really enjoyed it. The location is wonderful - nestled in the wooded dunes along Lake Michigan - its only a 0.9mi hike to the shore! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is amazing. Quick, efficient, get the job done. The neighborhood feels safe. The noise level is pretty quiet, although the walls are kind of thin, but that just comes with the territory of apartment life. Our apartment is pretty dated, if rent continues to climb, we would be a bit discouraged, but at this point it is valuable and absolutely worth it! The amenities are nice and maintained well. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Nature abounds all around!
If you love nature, trails, and beautiful sunsets on Lake MI, within walking distance this place is awesome. The layout of the apartment is great. Views out your windows are beautiful, with so many evergreen and pine trees. You feel very safe living here within many apartment buildings. Maintenance is very friendly and professional. If your a dog person you will be happy, but if not like myself, I would prefer a complex with no dogs. The complex has a dog park, and also their is an excellent one within a mile, in which you can walk right thru the woods to the Coast Guard Park.
