Chatsford Village Apartments

Been living here for 5 years without issue. They recently upgraded the washers and dryers to now use an app/debit which is fantastic. My only gripes are a lack of covered parking or recycling service.

Chatsford village 1br, good location near most things I need. The apartment itself is great, good space in both living room and bedroom. Only complaints are: would like better laundry facilities on site, and more accessible office hours outside of regular work hours when I need to meet with the landlord.

Maintenance only 3 stars because I haven’t had any interaction with them yet.

I live here for three months. The leasing staff was hard to reach when I want to lease the apartment. Washer often broken but repair was prompt

Been living at Chatsford Village in Madison Heights for four years now. Apartments are spacious with dishwashers and nice tiled dining areas attached to the kitchens. I have never had issues getting things fixed or problems with the apartment looked at. The staff is responsive and helpful. Located next to John R, multiple supermarkets, plazas, etc. Very convenient location

Chatsford is in a great location surrounded by many shopping centers and is also very close to the police station. The location is even better for me personally because its a five minute drive away from my work
