Convenient to my work. Reasonably priced. I haven't used the gym or the pool, yet. Dog friendly, but sometimes dog owners aren't the most courteous bunch.

I really enjoy Water’s Edge, there’s just been a few small things. There’s been a white KIA parking in front of the building since we moved in and I don’t believe it’s registered. Along with that there’s been a coffee table just sitting outside of our apartment since we moved in and we even asked the neighbors if they needed help moving it. Our washer and dryer sliding door also isn’t on one of the hinges, but that’s an easy fix. Besides that everything has been great!
