I’ve lived at Canal Club now for several years. Over the years the maintenance team has been great. Unfortunately there was a period where I had gotten too familiar with them. It wasn’t because of maintenance issues, but a new neighbor that liked to turn up the music with the bass set at 11! I had to call the on-call maintenance phone to report the issue on numerous occasions. Eventually, he did move and I’ve had good neighbors since. They really are one of the most affordable properties around. The pool is always kept clean and that’s mostly it for amenities. Susan is my favorite person to deal with at the leasing office. I was happy to see a two year lease option this most recent lease renewal. Oh, and I love having the stackable washer and dryer in my apartment rather than having to go to a central laundry.
