The parking garage is owned and operated by the township however considered a vital part of our living at the Vista. The garage is not kept cleaned, the stairways in particular are littered and stained with trash and debris. The office needs additional help, there is seldom a time to speak with the property management without a crowd or audiance. I love my apartment and mainteance is one of the fastest responding team ever and they keep up on proactive repairs and produce quality work. A solution for all the packages being delivered would be welcomed and encouraged.

The team at Vista are consistently dropping their level of service and customer support. They are not fixing the hot tub even though they sell it as amenity (it has been broken for months since last year). The whole flooding situation where they literally kicked out 21 apartments out of their homes in the middle of winter because of their poor maintenance and quality assurance checks is appalling. The front desk needs a tonne of soft skills training, as they come off completely careless and unauthentic. Throughout the building they are slowly reducing costs (TVs aren't working, tea is not available, carpark is to be paid for), bit by bit dropping. And the amount they charge and keep increasing annually really has the eyebrows lifting! Try your best to find a different spot to rent! May be around Holt area?

I've been fortunate to own several beautiful homes however my current apartment is my favorite home of all. I call my apartment my condo becuase it feels like a condo and represents how I would want to live if I designed it myself. Simply the best location in all of the region with the most conveniences. I love my apartment its the best that the region has to offer.

Having lived here for almost 3 years. The place was decent. The best perk was the parking availability being included in the price of the rental especially with the garage. But the management has recently informed tenents that they will need to start paying for parking garage usage. The fees are $100/month per car. One car is included with the apartment. But many folks have multiple vehicles and this is an additional expense that the tenants should have to start accounting for in their expenses. The least they should have done is to start including the parking rental with lease renewals or new leases. This is just ridiculous decision by the company in the middle of the lease year.

The Vista is simply the best, I absolutely love it here due to the amazing floorplan, the staff is simply the best and the conveniences of Eastwood are terrific.
