I have had nothing but a positive experience since moving into my loft. The high ceilings and exposed bricks are very charming and add to the overall aesthetic of the loft. Natural sunlight illuminates the loft in a very organic way. The layout of the loft makes it easy to organize and store my items. The staff have been nothing but helpful and have been very responsive. So far so good!

Cozy Lofts in Downtown Lansing

I have had zero complaints living in this building outside of parking, which is controlled by the city (residents do get 50% off a monthly rate at a city owed parking ramp, which does help) The staff here cares so much about the building and their tenants, and it shows. They've done an excellent job creating a safe community for all of us to live in. Thank you and here's to many more years!
