I have lived here 2 years. The apartments are nice, maintenance staff is quick with repairs and the community is well maintained.

It’s a quiet and peaceful place to live but parking is first come first serve and have to walk 2 blocks. But other than that, great place to live!

This community is everything I hoped it would be! The Staff is attentive, friendly and professional. The rent is competitive and worth every dollar. The amenities offered, services provided and location are just a few of the reasons why I chose River Oaks. When guests come over, I always get complimented on how the property is cared for. I am happy to have a place I can call home!

The non-refundable and non-applicable fees are outrageous. Sales person told us the carport was included but at signing in for the lease, carport was charged and payment enforced. On first try, the dryer shook violently and smoldered, had to be repaired. The refrigerator runs all the time. On first use, it was discovered that there was a plastic cap in the disposal. Noise from the apartment upstairs will take getting used to.
